Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy: We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays/weekends we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders out. 

• All local orders include free pick up for Grand Rapids, MI during normal business hours.
• Paid shipping cost $7.00 for clothing, $3.00 for lipgloss and $4.00 for accessories. All orders over $25.00 receive 10% off.
• Tracking for your order is emailed to you once order is shipped out. 
• We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages.

We know that ordering clothes online can be a trouble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on & because of that we try our best to describe the items in as much detail as possible including fit, colors & minor details. (Kindly ALL sales are final, no returns, refunds or exchanges.)
